J & B Concrete Construction LTD

J&B did an outstanding job on our driveway! The guys on the crew are real workers. They arrive on the job, work nonstop like crazy and do a really great job! We are extremely satisfied with their workmanship and finished product. Kudos to John and his crew!

John did the foundation for my brother in-laws pole barn 2 years ago and they were so please, My husband and I had him do our sideways and driveway, I can't get over the wonderful job he did. Not to mention that his prices were very reasonable. I recommend him to all my friends.

John and his crew did an excellant job replacing our sidewalk and steps. We were pressed for time to have the job done as soon as possible and he came through for us. They did a very nice job on the finishing on the concrete. We were very pleased with his work.

I had a 4" drain that had a hole in the bottom of the drain as well as two large holes in the concrete around the drain. I also had severe cracking and sinking on the sidewalk leading from the front door to the stoop. J&B ended up tearing up half the driveway and all of the sidewalk to replace the concrete. Under the driveway was a massive amount of water due to poor/blocked drainage.\\n\\nI had a plumbing company come out to jet the lines that were blocked with a lot of mud. When they told me the cost J&B stated they knew a company that could do the same job for less. I contacted their recommended company and had the job done the next day for 60 percent less cost. J&B then put a 6 foot trench drain and ran all new drain tile and connections from the trench drain.\\n\\nI was told that they would need to wait a couple days to pour the concrete. This was because they would be more comfortable pouring the concrete when the water had dried up and there would not rain within 24 hours of pouring. I thought this was very professional since they don't get paid till the job is done, they didn't care waiting to make sure the job was done correctly. They also worked an extra day due to the drainage issues. The most amazing part of this was they did this all with out increasing their estimate.\\n\\nMember Comments:\\nI have a bi-level house and my driveway was sinking and cracking to the point where there were golf ball size holes in my driveway. During heavy rain water would build up to a foot or two in front of the garage door because there was only a 4" drain. The drain would get covered by a leaf and the water would back up. I had water coming into my garage during even a modest rain. The driveway connecting to the garage dropped about 4 inches causing that portion of the driveway to crumble.\\n\\nJ&B concrete construction came out and knew right a way what the problem was before they even tore up the driveway. I was told that the drain tile collapsed and water was destroying all the concrete. They were cautious and professional. The owner provided an estimate and was very honest about what needed to be done. The owner even followed up and was more then happy to stop back and answer all my questions. They were prompt and did everything that was stated and even went above and beyond to offer guidance on work I could do to cut some costs. The owner and the crew are proud of their work and it showed in multiple follow ups since the concrete has been laid. At one point I needed plumbing work done to jet out my lines due to blockage and they provided a contact that came out the next day at over half the cost I was going to pay someone else.
